To trade using Quantum AI v3 you will be connected to a regulated partnered broker. That broker is an independent entity governed by its own terms and conditions, and is solely responsible for executing trades, holding client funds, and regulatory compliance in your jurisdiction. Quantum AI v3 accepts no responsibility for the acts or omissions of partnered brokers.

All software, algorithms, designs, trademarks and content on the Quantum AI v3 platform are proprietary and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No licence is granted to copy, distribute or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quantum AI v3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, including trading losses incurred through partnered brokers. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses. Market data displayed on the Platform is provided for informational purposes and may be subject to delays.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will endeavour to notify registered users of material changes by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
